The area we service is very broad. We go all the way from Moyock down to the tip of Hatteras, including Manteo and Wanchese. Our service department is overseen by an individual that is so completely into the technical side of heating and cooling that at times an interpreter is in order. He is up to date on all of the latest technology and very dedicated to our clients in giving the best service. If it’s broken, he is the one person that will figure out how to repair it “correctly”. Our Energy Savings Agreements include two precision tune ups annually and we are very proud of how thorough our precision tune-ups are. As far as installing and replacing ductwork, it’s not just about putting it up. There is definitely a method to the madness that will ensure proper airflow to all rooms. Our duct designs are nothing short of brilliant and they are all sealed with mastic. We all know what its like to have spaces in our homes that are a bit warmer in the summer and bit cooler in the winter. It does not have to be that way, let us help. What can we say about our equipment installations? We go the distance in making sure that the equipment we are replacing is the correct size. A load calculation is performed on every estimate that our Home Comfort Consultant completes. Once we are awarded the replacement or installation (that’s right, awarded, we feel like every time a client chooses us it’s a win/win circumstance) we begin planning and gathering the materials to proceed. Just a few extras that we provide with each complete system replacement or installation are overflow safety devices, corrosion grenades outside, and a 1 year Energy Savings Agreement. We also purchase a permit in your municipality, which is the law, but also provides third party verification that the equipment was installed to governmental codes.
