Our Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) provides customers with two precision tune-ups every year, have priority service for holidays and weekends, never an overtime charge, fewer repairs, lower utility bills, extended equipment life, improved capacity, 15% discount on all repairs, inflation protection, and is transferable.

 

 

 

*Service calls are not included in the residential ESA. Repairs as a result of service calls are discounted by 15%. Each time we are called out for a service call other than the precision tune-up (PTU), a technical provision fee of 109$ will be charged.

 

**We agree to provide you with a complete PTU and professional cleaning bi-annually as described above for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment during the term indicated.
